However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you may return it to us for a partial/full refund, store credit, or an exchange. RETURNS
We must receive notifications via email of items to be returned and the reason within 24 hours of when you have received the item. Based on the conditions you will be advised of the terms of return if approved. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. A lot of our products are perishable items hence we advise that fruits and goodie items be used immediately and that flowers be kept in water and a cool area for a longer life.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at sales@gorgeousflowersjamaica.com providing as much information as possible along with images to validate your return. Our customer agent will conduct an investigation where necessary and provide the terms of how the request will be dealt with.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
