We are happy to provide our customers with 24 hours ordering convenience. It is important to carefully and thoroughly read and follow all prompts and instructions.
We’ve designed our website to make it quick and simple for you to place an order. After you’ve found the item you would like to order, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below.
- Select Your Product and Choose Your Preferences
On the product information page, fill out the “From” field, Input your “Card Message”, Select the
Occasion” and fill out any “Special Requests” you may have. Select the quantity.
Once you have filled out the fields, click Add to Cart. Your gift will be stored in your personal shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing, view your cart or proceed to Check out.
- Proceed to checkout
When you are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page. Here you can review the item/s and make changes and update. Then you select Proceed to Checkout. At the top of the page, you will see the login option for returning customer to sign in. If you are a new shopper, just continue to fill in the details. You will have an opportunity to create a password later in the checkout process.
- Provide your billing information
After you log in, you will be asked for your billing formation. All the information for the person placing the order should be filled out here.
- Provide recipient delivery information
If ship to a different address than the billing, you would check box and you will be asked for the recipient’s delivery information. Place five zeros (00000) for the Postal/Zip code. Once complete, you now select the delivery date
- Review your order and submit payment
Review the details of your order, and click the method you choose to pay by. That is “Paypal” or “2Checkout.” Click the “Proceed to Payment” button and follow the instructions given. Both 2checkout and Paypal are secured Your order will be received by us.
- Save your confirmation
You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated at login. Please save this e-mail for future reference.

Our florists use only the freshest flowers available for their hand-made bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. And since every arrangement is personally delivered, we offer same-day delivery on most orders.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Gorgeous Flowers is unable to cancel or change orders already in en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually, cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call 876-920-3354 or 876-920-3429. For other changes, email us at sales@gorgeousflowersjamaica.com.

Sales Tax
Orders delivered are subject to sales tax. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order
Delivery Policy
Every Gorgeous Flowers gift is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Same Day – In-town and nearby areas
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 pm, Monday – Friday and before 1:00 pm on Saturdays for deliveries in Kingston and nearby St. Andrew areas. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following working day.
Out of town deliveries must be placed a working day in advance for successful delivery. Also, orders for out of town deliveries for Saturday must be placed two working days in advance. We do not deliver out of town orders on Saturdays and Mondays.
Delivery Time
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Kindly note that orders processed the day before (during operational hours 8 am to 5 pm) would be scheduled for delivery by noon.
Orders placed in the morning for same day delivery would be scheduled for delivery in the afternoon to evening.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
Delivery to Hospitals
The drivers are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. Glass vases are prohibited from entering the premises of the hospitals. We will use a suitable container instead.
Gorgeous Flowers will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
- Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
- Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbour and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Order-Related E-mails
